Used to release the pre-tensioned clips when clamping the coolant hoses.
Equivalent to OEM левый 531 001 for Clipless pre-opened SBC (Spring Band Clamps).
Can be used in restricted areas to release the clip safely.
The tool is designed to allow different angles of release.
