Car window glue "BOLL" SPRINT is a one-component polyurethane glue that hardens very quickly under the influence of air humidity, creating an elastomer with very good mechanical properties. It is resistant to water, weather and acids. Due to its good adhesion, elasticity and durability, it is used for gluing windshields and rear windows of motor vehicles. The resulting durable seal withstands large temperature fluctuations and allows for differential thermal expansion of the combined glass and metal surfaces, allowing both elements to move independently. It can be used in cars with an airbag system.
Meets CRASH TEST requirements (standard FMVSS 212) after 3 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity.

HOW TO USE
Clean the edge area of the glass with BOLL Silicone Remover. Apply "BOLL Primer" with an applicator to the edge and body of the glass and let it dry for at least 15 minutes. Apply car glass adhesive to the body flange by hand or with a pneumatic squeegee. Then place and press the glass lightly against the housing flange and improve the pressure and support on the spacers. After 1 hour, the car is ready for driving (23°C and 50% humidity).
Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly
Prime the surface of the glass and the body with "BOLL primer"
Wait about 15 minutes for the "BOLL Primer" to dry completely.
Apply with a BOLL squeegee
