NIGRIN Fibreglass Matting is especially thick and stable and ideally suited for large-scale work on components subject to severe vibration. It has optimal adhesive properties and is suited for all formative work on vehicle bodywork, motorcycle fairings, trailers, boats, scale models and individual components. Application is recommended with NIGRIN Polyester Resin and NIGRIN Hardener.
 
  • De-rust, degrease, clean and sand surface.
  • Cut fibreglass material into overlapping sections.
  • Combine polyester resin with hardener (follow instructions on the packaging).
  • Lay on fibreglass and apply mixture with a щетка, avoiding the formation of bubbles.
  • A multilayered structure will increase stability.
  • After drying (approx. 30 minutes) rework either with NIGRIN Fibreglass Matting or fill and smooth with NIGRIN Pro Putty.
